Position Summary:
Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties. Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Assignments may be found in various functional areas.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides general administrative support to APAC HR Shared Services Team.- Prepares employment verification letters for employees.-
- Assists in employment contract renewals.- Sets up and maintains personnel files ensuring compliance with legal requirements for records retention and storage.- Performs HR data entry relating to employee’s information, training records, etc.- Assist in administrative work during employee onboarding and terminations.- Processes invoice payment via SAP/Ariba to vendors.- Maintains and updates HR Policy and Procedures.- Prepares dashboards and reports.- Handle ad-hoc assignments such as coordination of training logistics, employee briefing sessions, any other ad hoc events, etc.- Performs any other ad hoc projects and duties assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum Higher Nitec in HR & Administration/ Nitec in Business Services or equivalent certificates.- Minimum 2 - 3 years of HR administrative experience.-
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and writing skills.- Able to communicate in Mandarin to our Chinese speaking employees.-
- A team player, resourceful, meticulous, able to multitask and work independently.
