About the role
We're looking for a dynamic and adaptable Aftersales Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the growth and operations of our Singapore office. This hybrid role is perfect for someone passionate about client engagement, project coordination, and collaborating with an energetic team. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of daily operations.
What you'll be doing
· Coordinate closely with our customers, manufacturers, forwarders, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
· Assist Manager to coordinate service team day to day scheduling, upskilling etc.
· Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
· Participate in negotiation with suppliers on pricing/delivery and supply contracts
· Create and maintain an inventory of all incoming and current supplies
· Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
· Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination of works and ensure timely completion.
· Prepare project documentation submission.
· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
· Track project status to ensure delivery is on track and provide regular project updates.
· Able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
· Other administrative sales duties will be assigned if required.
What we're looking for
- Diploma holders or other related fields experience
- Good work attitude and strong problem solving skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges
