The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement our digital engagement strategy by leveraging various social channels. The individual in this role will be responsible to increase the organization’s online presence and engagement with its target audience to ultimately increase their brand affinity, the number of donations and volunteer participation

**Core Duties And Responsibilities**
- Develop community engagement strategies to support donations and volunteer goals
- Create engaging content to increase followers and engagement.
- Develop and execute campaigns to support our donations and volunteer goals
- Manage website and social media accounts to ensure a consistent brand voice
- Collaborate with and support other teams to create integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools or tech to improve engagement
- Training and support other teams or NPOs on engagement best practices

**Key Deliverables**
- Increased website traffic and engagement
- Improved social media engagement and followers.
- Increased donation and volunteer participation
- Regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in marketing or a related field
- Entry Level with experience in the non-profit sector
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for digital campaigns
- Creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about creating content and desire to make a positive impact
