In-charge of implementing and managing social media programs of all brands. Be an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
Create a comprehensive social media strategy to define programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility and traffic across all brands.
Handling the day-to-day of social media campaigns. Monitoring all platforms, responding to customer inquiries and feedback in real time, listen to what people are saying about the brand, keeping an eye on social media activity, etc. Not limited to social media channels but also general email, Google reviews & TripAdvisor.
To run social media ads across all channels on a weekly basis and to ensure maximum exposure of brands. Ensuring tracking, collecting and analysing relevant social media metrics and ensure timely, effective and efficient reporting of all social media efforts.
To ensure that marketing campaigns in-store are reflected digitally (eg: online store, social media pages.) To also liaise with Store Managers and Merchandising Division to develop marketing strategies using social media and the execution of marketing ideas.
To work closely with Design team to create in-store & online content that are relevant which includes ideation, production and post-production.
To work closely with VM team to ensure display in-store are in line with branding and also updated with current promotional campaigns.
Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities and also to research and develop new media platform to increase the company presence.
Measure the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts. Monitor trends in social medial tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media platform.
Assist in educating employees on how to incorporate relevant social media techniques into both corporate culture and marketing efforts.
Partnering with landlords to run cost effective marketing campaigns for the brand.
Partnering with external parties such as media, hospitals, banks, hotels, to build brand awareness and improve brand recognition and recall.
To handle sponsorship and KOLs and influencer's request.
Assist the Corporate Sales Team and Merchandising Team to meet their market penetration and sales objectives.
To assist Training division for content creation and management to be in line with Brand ethos.
Ensure that corporate gifting materials are constantly available for the team.
Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management.
