Growth & Events Executive

We're looking for a Growth & Events Executive to join our fast-growing team in the health and wellness industry. Someone who sees events not just as logistics, but as powerful platforms to connect, educate, and drive business growth.

You'll work closely with the Events Experience Lead and the Growth Team to design, deliver, and scale high-impact experiences that are central to Biohackk's growth strategy. These experiences are intentional touchpoints designed to spark interest, build trust, and drive meaningful client engagement.

In this role, you'll collaborate with the Growth Team to ensure every initiative contributes to Biohackk's larger goals of connection, conversation, and conversion. As you grow in this position, you'll gain the opportunity to contribute ideas, take on larger projects, and eventually progress into a more senior role within the Events and Growth function.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the foundational stage of our events and growth pillar, with exposure not only to event execution but also to strategic initiatives that directly shape the company's direction.

What You'll Be Responsible For / Learning

  • Execute and scale growth-driven events that serve as core drivers of Biohackk's client funnel. ● Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the Growth Team to ensure every experience contributes to one unified scorecard and revenue target.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to the full event lifecycle. From pre-planning and coordination to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Develop strong attention to detail and project management skills through end-to-end event involvement. ● Work directly with the Growth Team on cross-functional projects that align events with Biohackk's long-term business goals.
  • Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and play an active role in shaping the evolution of Biohackk's events as a growth engine. Requirements
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in events, marketing, or community roles (internships included); fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple moving parts calmly and effectively
  • Comfortable engaging with guests and stakeholders, with a service mindset and eye for detail
  • Curious about how events contribute to broader business and growth strategies
  • A proactive team player with creativity, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the wellness, lifestyle, or startup space is a plus
