Singapore Council for Estate Agencies Full time

**What the role is**

As part of CEA Licensing Division, you will be involved in a variety of operational functions which include licensing of property agencies and registration of property agents. You will also take part in the review, formulation and implementation of operational policies and initiatives to support CEA’s regulatory functions to raise the professionalism of the estate agency industry. You will work closely with industry stakeholders, estate agents and other government agencies.

**What you will be working on**

Your responsibilities include:

- Handling of licensing enquiries and appeals.
- Manage finance-related and audit functions within the Division.
- Perform secretariat duties for various workgroups and meetings.
- Conducting data analysis and trend assessment to guide evidence-based policy formulation and reviews.
- Carrying out any other duties assigned to support the achievement of CEA’s corporate objectives.

**What we are looking for**

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual who is resourceful and works well in a team. You should also possess these core skills:

- At least 3 to 5 years of work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively engage and manage multiple stakeholders to align common objectives.
- Excellent analytical, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical skills, with an aptitude for data analysis and interpretation.
