[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the Licensing Branch under the Industry Standards and Regulatory Division to manage animal establishments in Singapore through a licensing regime to safeguard animal health and welfare.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our licensing team as a main touch-point for all animal licensing-related feedback. The work scope includes administration of the licensing system which includes closing of feedback cases via the system, work with IT on system enhancements, perform data analytics, troubleshooting, User Acceptance Testing (UATs) and periodic review of system requirements.

You will also be engaging pet owners in areas which includes but is not limited to, resolving licensing system issues, clarifying licensing requirements and following up on outstanding documentation.

- Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills
- An organized, creative and resourceful team player who is able to work independently
- Relevant working experience with public interaction and knowledge in statistics and data analysis tools would be advantageous
