Job Title: Corporate Secretarial Manager
**Job Type**: Full Time
Work Mode: On-site
Location: Singapore
Salary Range: $6000 - $9000
Minimum Qualification: Chartered Corporate Secretary
Years of Working Experience: 1-3 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage corporate secretary team and activities within the organization
- Handle administrative tasks related to corporate secretarial functions, not limited to providing advisory to business consultants within organization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate laws
- Manage and maintain corporate records and documentation
- Provide support in corporate transactions and restructuring activities
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and legal advisors
- Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate policies and procedures
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial duties and managerial skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks and organizational management
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Understanding of corporate law and its implications on business operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
