Senior/ Executive, HR Business Partner

Location: Novena- Job Category: Administration- Posting Date: 5 Sep 2024**Responsibilities**:
You will be working closely with the Senior Manager for the recruitment and manpower issues for the organisation.
- Monitor the monthly manpower turnover and take pro-active steps to fill the vacant positions so as to ensure that the department‘s establishment are met.
- Handle paper work pertaining to recruitment, confirmation, transfer, resignation, termination and dismissal cases. This includes on boarding of new hires and off boarding of exit staff.
- Ensure that the licenses of clinical employees are current and valid.
- Undertakes project assignments as and when required.
**Job Requirements**:
- Preferably Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.
- Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
- Team player who’s able to exercise initiative, multitask and work independently
- Good organizational skills, meticulous and resourceful
- Proactive and an effective change agent.
- Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
- Exposure in Community Care or Public Healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
