**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the logistics industry, with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Identify and target potential clients in the logistics sector to expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including logistics and supply chain decision-makers.
- Lead sales negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of logistics solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company's services.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies in logistics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the logistics industry.
- Strong hunter mentality with ability to acquire new business.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the logistics industry, including market trends and key players.
- Experience in solution selling and negotiating complex contracts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
