Responsibilities Drive and coordinate the implementation of SFRS 117 Insurance Contracts, orchestrating collaboration between multiple stakeholders including Ministries, actuaries, system vendors, auditors, and internal departments. Shape and influence policy positions through effective stakeholder engagement, building consensus across diverse teams whilst ensuring robust implementation approaches. Lead the procurement strategy and evaluation for SFRS 117 system implementation partners, ensuring selection of best‐fit solutions. Partner with senior consultants in developing and refining business requirements and specifications for the SFRS 117 solution implementation. Direct, oversee and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the solution meets all functional and technical specifications. Lead the transition and change management strategy, focusing on stakeholder readiness and organisational capability building. Perform other ad‐hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Relevant experience in accounting, audit, or financial management, preferably with exposure to insurance operations and regulatory frameworks. Experience in insurance operations and system architectures, with understanding of complex financial systems implementation. Knowledge of SFRS 117 Insurance Contracts and related accounting standards. Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different organisational levels. Analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and presentation skills to senior leadership teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis. Experience in the insurance industry would be advantageous. Effective written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
