About the role

**Purpose of the role**:

- Supports and execute the mid/long term commercial strategy to deliver market sales and margin
- Execute customer engagement strategy
- Responsible for sell-in (NR) and sell-out (Retail) sales plans, providing commercial analysis of trading performance (sales and profitability) in omni-channels
- Support execution of channel and retailer strategy to maximise growth in all channels
- To deliver successful commercial forward sales and event planning with accurate stock forecasting to support the plans
- This role is key to the entire commercial planning and development of the business and needs to be highly collaborative and work closely with key stakeholders
- People management - create a trust based environment with transparency and collaborative mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Account Planning and Management
- Create trust-based business relationships with key clients
- Manages the different channels with profit maximizing mindset
- Expand the business relationships with present clients by continuously executing solutions that meet their business goals
- Develop keen understanding of key clients’ marketplace, strategies, customer profile
- Plans, Negotiates and executes NPD, tactical, branding animations with P&L input
- Executes retailer and door segmentation with corresponding business model strategy
- Evaluate effectiveness of implemented innovation and productivity initiatives

Execution of 360 launch and animation strategy
- Execute the Omnichannel sales/event plan across all channels in the market, in line with the global promo guidelines / best practices.
- Suggest effective mechanics to drive business KPIs - sales and profitability
- Follow through on 360 plan and provide weekly commentaries, conduct post-mortem to measure effectiveness of 360 plan
- Provides feedback to the team on what works, and improvements needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and/or Marketing (or related/equivalent discipline)
- Min 5 year’s Sales experience in Beauty/Luxury and/or Consumer Goods
- Ability to work in fast-pace environment
- Resilient and flexible, adapts to new challenges
- Experience in developing and managing forecasts
- Excellent presentation, communication and administrative skills
- Good in English and Mandarin
