Commercial Excellence / Operations Manager Join a rapidly expanding medtech organisation and take ownership of commercial excellence across the APAC region. Reporting to the Regional GM and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance, this role is critical in enabling high performance and efficient execution across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead Sales Force & Commercial Excellence – develop and track KPIs, drive performance insights, optimise territory alignment and enable measurable sales growth. Go‐to‐Market strategy – support launch preparation and execution across multiple countries, ensuring readiness across people, processes and partners. Deliver strong business analytics – perform hands‐on analysis (not just reporting) to inform decision‐making, including financial modelling, performance dashboards and commercial optimisations. Drive Sales Enablement & Coaching – empower sales teams with the right tools, insights and training to elevate execution and customer engagement. Oversee distributor management and contract renewals, ensuring strong commercial and operational alignment. Support accurate forecasting and S&OP processes to maintain supply continuity and demand visibility. What You'll Bring Demonstrated strength in Sales Force & Commercial Excellence (KPI design, tracking and insight activation). Go‐to‐Market launch experience across diverse APAC markets. Advanced data analysis skills – comfortable analysing data hands‐on (Excel, Power BI, etc.). Proven sales enablement & coaching capabilities. 8+ years in commercial operations, sales excellence or similar; Medtech/healthcare experience strongly preferred. Confident business partner with strong influencing skills across regional and cross‐functional teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
