**Commercial Excellence Manager APAC**

The Commercial Excellence Manager works with APAC countries on commercial excellence activities to ensure effective business planning, operations and reporting.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the deployment and effective utilization of CRM to drive customer engagement and build our customer databases as assets.
- Work with country teams to develop customer segmentation models and utilize these for effective campaign and sales team focus.
- Engage with the global Commercial Excellence team to develop and implement tools and processes.
- Support service model optimization strategy, guiding countries in segmentation and prioritization of distribution channels.
- Support country teams in sound pricing strategy. Coordinate regional pricing strategy, track price across segments and region to ensure price balancing.
- Use data analytics to drive consistent measurement & improvement.
- Work with countries to regularly review their portfolio & engage in proactive lifecycle management.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Marketing or related field.
- 7-10 years prior commercial (marketing and sales) experience.
- CRM experience required.
- Solid understanding of the marketing mix and of the sales function.
- Demonstrated creative & conceptual thinking capabilities.
- Ability to lead stakeholders through challenges & opportunities.
- Strong strategic, analytical & negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead & influence activities of cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships.
- Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills.
