**Commercial Excellence Lead VS APAC**

Commercial Excellence Lead VS APAC is responsible for strategic PMO, focusing on leading the key strategic global and regional projects which include: Project Kembali, T2W, Aspire GTM project in KR/JP & Launch Excellence, following up and leading the coordination of MWBs or Strategic Pillars for Vegetables Seeds. It also includes identifying and executing potential improvements of end-to-end commercial process, framework and governance for the APAC region to facilitate optimum decision making to maximize growth and profit, oversee and lead viable cross functional business projects. Participate in concept and execution, follow progress against plans, set up KPIs, deliverables and timeline, key facilitator role between the Commercial organization, Marketing, R&D, PS & Enabling functions ensuring the balance across the complex business environment of APAC.

**YOUR TASKS AND **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and put in place appropriate project management routines for strategic projects and initiatives, both at country and area team level, guide various initiatives and identify issues, risks and opportunities to the plans, escalate to commercial leads and APAC leadership team in a timely manner.
- Create and define the commercial excellence go to market framework to maximize the growth and profitability of the Veg Seeds business
- Lead the execution of commercial operational plans and crop business plans in order to ensure full implementation of the APAC Strategy in both processes.
- Track and execute against the business plan, identifying issues and taking corrective actions, enabling communication and alignment
- Ensure homogenous level of understanding and alignment across the organization on how to implement the APAC Strategy by coordinating key area/country business strategy reviews.
- Map a process to secure business related initiatives, defining a change management plan, accessing resources and ensuring ROI, with timely execution and review, measuring the progress.
- Build, strong cross functional partnerships, credibility and trust by acting as liaison with Commercial, Market Development, Product supply, Marketing, R&D and enabling functions across the organization in APAC;
- Establish KPIs, scorecard, project dashboards & reporting tools to monitor progress vs. goals, effectiveness of processes and overall business and projects progress.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree (Master or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role and demonstrated capability in project management and strong organization skills
- Process/operating knowledge of vegetable seeds business
- Strong operational skills and capabilities, with willingness to get into operational activities, while demonstrating business insights with strategic mindset and hands on mentality
- Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrated process mindset and capability
- Familiarity with project management digital tools
- Critical Thinking, problem solving
- Understand, balances prioritization
- Able to use project management methodologies and agile practices to properly run strategic business projects
