Job Title: Legal Operations Coordinator - Chat App
About Us:
TSGS is a rapidly growing technology company. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Operations Coordinator to oversee and streamline our chat app operations.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Document Management:
Proactively initiate and coordinate the preparation and distribution of legal documents related to the chat app, such as contracts, agreements, and compliance documents.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Vendor Communication:
Take a proactive approach in collaborating with vendors to obtain necessary legal requirements and documentation required for seamless operations.
Maintain effective and proactive communication channels with vendors to address legal concerns and negotiate terms when necessary.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, legal, and marketing departments to proactively align legal operations with overall business goals.
Foster strong relationships and maintain proactive, open lines of communication with departmental teams to ensure compliance and efficient legal processes.
- Partnership Management:
Manage partnerships with external vendors and technology providers to enable the integration of new technologies into the chat app.
Oversee the legal aspects of partnership agreements, proactively ensuring they align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Proven experience in legal operations, contract management, or similar roles within the tech industry.
Strong understanding of legal processes and compliance requirements.
Highly proactive and motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dynamic approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with vendors.
