Singapore Target Partners Executive Search Full time

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Banking, you will be managing a team of 3 Relationship Managers covering a portfolio of mid to large cap names in Singapore and the region across diverse industries. You are expected to, amongst others,
- provide leadership to the team and help identify new business leads and cross-sell opportunities
- demonstrate a commitment to excellence and perform to the highest standards, combining client relationship management with strong risk assessment and management capabilities, ensuring the required credit quality & requisite returns on risk

**Requirements**:

- University graduate with extensive experience in relevant areas within corporate banking (at least 10 years)
- Proven ability to lead and work as a team in a culturally diverse environment with internal and external stakeholders locally and cross border
- Proven ability to develop ‘Trusted Advisor’ relationship with key decision makers to pro-actively develop and originate client solutions
- Strong understanding of a wide suite of corporate and investment banking products
- Advanced understanding of risk management and risk mitigation
- Experience in team management would be an added advantage but not a must
