**Position Overview**:
As an Executive at Poeme Labo, you play a crucial role in guiding potential customers through their journey to achieving a perfect smile with our Clear Aligners. Your responsibilities will be diverse, including providing personalized support, coordinating with our operations and dental teams, and identifying and addressing challenges in the customer engagement process. Your success will be directly tied to the success of our company through a commission-based structure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize customer profiles provided by the marketing team to establish a personalized and empathetic connection with potential customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers interested in starting their Poeme journey.
- Provide comprehensive information and support tailored to each customer's unique needs and preferences.
- Make the customer experience truly exceptional by ensuring that their questions are answered, and their concerns are addressed with care and professionalism.
- Work closely with our operations and dental teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
- Coordinate the various stages of the customer journey, ensuring timely delivery of clear aligners and addressing any operational concerns or challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and dental teams to identify key challenges and areas for improvement in the customer engagement process.
- Assist in refining marketing messaging and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
