- Any other projects assigned to support the Business Units.
- Provides line managers and all employees on an ongoing basis with appropriate advice on HR matters.
- Participates in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Assists in annual merit increment and bonus reviews.
- Participates in HR projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency of HR function and other objectives.
- Participates in other ad-hoc projects eg compensation and benefits review, etc.
- Prepares and participates in external and internal audits on HR.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Industrial Psychology or any other related discipline
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Change enabler for continuous improvement
- Good judgement and decision-making ability
- Set goals and drive achievement of results
- Planning, organizing and optimizing use of resources
- Ability to lead others effectively
- Ability to develop people
- Excellent customer orientation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Technical competencies in HR
