Porsche Singapore is offering an internal vacancy as Head of Finance within its Finance Team.

**Tasks**
- Develop and evaluate business strategies and cases from finance perspective, aligning with business objectives and company’s strategy to ensure smooth implementation
- Drive the development and implementation of strategic and operational planning control systems and processes including leading the annual budget, forecast and monitoring processes, risk management and control system including business continuity process, and procurement processes and procedures in coordination with functional teams
- Lead the tax, risk management, treasury, procurement functions: assure compliance with regulations, develop and implement adequate risk management and control system, business continuity process
- Oversee the management, planning and implementation of the IT strategy, systems and standards in coordination with the IT team
- Manage human resources, facility management/health and safety functions, develop and implement HR strategy, processes and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Business or a related field
- Minimum 10 years working experience in a related field, ideally in a management role with knowledge or experience in retail business
- Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge in accounting (IFRS) and tax regulations, operational risk management and design of internal control systems
- Experience in dealer management system, system implementation and/or accounting systems preferred
