**JOB SUMMARY**

You will be responsible for leading a finance team to provide a full spectrum of finance function including financial processing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance and internal controls improvement.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead a team of finance staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
- Provide sound analysis of financial data to management and Business Heads.
- Plan and lead the annual budgeting exercise.
- Establish, monitor and improve accounting practices and internal controls to ensure good governance and reporting standards.
- Support external and internal auditors for audit matters.
- Spearhead initiatives and implement measures to optimize process efficiency and productivity.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
- At least 7 years' experience, preferably with 3 years of experience in managerial position.
- Knowledgeable in financial managements reporting, analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Sound knowledge of accounting systems and audit experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, pro-active and results oriented
- Good presentation, communications and interpersonal skills.
