**Who We Are Looking For? - Merchant Acquisition Manager**
We are looking for individual who is driven, energetic, highly motivated and looking to grow their sales career to be our Merchant Acquisition Manager. Your role plays as a significant growth engine to our business by sourcing for the best merchants to partner with us. This is a great opportunity to develop your sales career in a fast-paced and tech start-up environment.
- Reach out, pitch, and engage with prospected merchant leads to acquire and onboard them onto our platform.
- Build and manage partnerships with the merchants to track and analyse performance and effectiveness of the partnership campaigns.
- Develop and manage the entire merchant onboarding and post-onboarding process.
- Handle day-to-day merchant queries.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all products and services TryLah offers.
- Responsible for achieving the monthly acquisition targets and other related KPIs.
**What You Need to Have**:
- Ideally you will have at least 2 years of relevant merchant acquiring experience within the E-commerce/Payments industry.
- Highly self-driven, motivated, energetic, and outgoing.
- Highly adaptive to navigate through a fast-paced environment.
- Persuasive, effective communicator and have the know-hows in building relationship and rapport with merchants.
- A great team player with the ability to work independently.
- Problem solving, resourcefulness and creativeness to tackle the day-to-day challenges at work.

**Salary**: $3,711.00 - $4,511.00 per month
