- Schedule and coordinate annual performance review
- Coordinate staff’s welfare

- Coordinate Board’s meetings and other related matters

- Coordinate with Corporate Secretary regarding filing requirements

3. Documentation
- Document controller for office documentation requirements
- Support the coordination of the internal and external audit processes
- Ensure that Data Protection Policy are adhered

4. Admin Management
- Ensure that all mails are properly recorded
- Staff Meeting: Coordinate, minutes taking and prepare minutes of meeting
- Consolidate and submit monthly report by liaising with the respective units
