**Job Description**:
The Rackham Lab within the Centre for Computational Biology in Duke-NUS, uses data-driven tools to find the key regulators of cell fate in order to develop novel cell therapies and disease interventions. This research project combines CRISPR tools with network biology to find novel regulators of cardiovascular disease. The project will combine both wet and dry scientists and require the development of new computational/statistical tools, with this post focused on the experimental tools and cell culture.

PhD in a related scientific area (Science/Life Sciences) with at least 5 years of postdoctoral experience. Experienced in performing RNAseq, ATACseq, scRNAseq and/or RiboSeq. Experience with viral transfection for overexpression, knockdown or CRISPRa/CRISPRi.Proven track record in the form of high impact publications.Demonstrated capability of research independence.Proven ability to work harmoniously in a team and to establish and maintain effective professional peer working relationships.
