**Role main scope**

Back end sales process handling for internal and external customers with added administration roles in warehousing and operation team functions.

**Responsibilities**

**1. Handling Customers (internal/external) sales enquiries**
- Generate offer for all aftersales related products (parts/service/upgrading etc.)
- Follow up on offer and process OA / Invoicing / factory PO / shipment etc.

**2. Delivery arrangement**
- Liaising with forwarders and agent on the various deliveries’ orders (incoming/outgoing)
- Act as the coordinator between factory and shipping parties.

**3. Maintain Close working relations with Customer, Logistic partners and Local Fedegari agents.**

**4. Monitoring of inventory buffer stock and prompt for reordering**

**5. Assist the department for all other administration works**
- Warehousing joint activities with warehousing personnel - picking/packing
- ATR support for Team leader & warehousing personnel
- Salesforce entries and maintain data integrity
- Ad-hoc as assigned

**Duties**
- Following up on offers and update Salesforce
- Following up on payments due - AR
- Following up on shipments with factory and logistics partners
- Stock take as require by account
- Salesforce upkeeping to support engineers on site

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**:_
- Min. Diploma or equivalent of any engineering discipline
- **Know-how and technical skills**:_
- Good knowledge and skill for Logistic, Freight and Warehouse management
- Simple engineering know-how (identification of simple parts)
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Knowledge of SAP / Salesforce are highly preferred.
- **Soft skills**:_
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge on Ms.Office, Ms.Excel
- Effective time management skills.
- **Experiences (years)**:_
- Preferably 2 years of experience or equivalent Industry of similar work scope (e.g. sales support, coordinator, inside sales etc.)

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
