We are looking for an experienced Junior Regional Relationship Manager with high energy and client relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Senior RRM in the delivery of relevant banking services to Chinese Corporate clients to meet the department's regional revenue targets.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and understand their needs in order to provide a consistent and high quality of service
- Collaborate with other members of the department to ensure that profit targets are achieved as a whole
- Work in partnership with Compliance to consult on compliance issues, including but not limited to Know Your Customer and Sanctions
- Work in partnership with Credit on any credit issues associated with the deal
- Work in partnership with Operations and Customer Service to ensure smooth processing of transactions
- Ensure all deadlines are met and responses are within an acceptable timely manner
- Prepare tailored presentation pitches to support deal proposals
- Negotiate with customers on matters including but not limited to contract terms and conditions and pricing, as well as seek commercial solutions to finalise the deal
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualified
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a relationship manager within the Global Subsidiaries Banking space, regionally.
- Sales experience onshoring and offshoring China Corporate clients.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
- Strong understanding of local finance laws and regulations across APAC
- In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products and services
- Ability to write and speak in Mandarin and English in order to effectively perform the responsibilities of the role.
