**Job Summary**
- As the Business Development Manager of Sin Kang TCM Clinic, you play a vital function as the connection between Sin Kang, our customers, and partners.
- You will provide strategic GTM and competitor insights and be able to identify and execute plans that will allow Sin Kang to reach out to new market segments and expand market charisma.
- As a core member of the Business Development and Marketing Team, reporting to Assistant General Manager of Sin Kang, you will need to collaborate with various internal stakeholders, to ensure that Sin Kang’s business and products are accurately represented in the market.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, develop, drive and support strategic Sin Kang business expansion and leasing plans to reach out to new market segments and expand market shares.
- Plan, set, monitor, and report performance indicators and goals to Management.
- Prepare and collaborate business development and marketing plans for the team and ensure proper tracking and follow up.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, engendering trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness, and mutual benefits.
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimise/strengthen the overall GTM (Go-To-Market) capabilities and exploring B2B/B2C opportunities.
- Develop/brainstorm creative GTM plans and initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
- Understand our consumer and business consumer products well, and provide market insights and monitor competitions.
- Plan, and support new premises, products, and treatments launch planning coordination with Marketing, Operations and Clinic Managers to ensure success in all launches.
**Job Requirements**:
- This role is a direct reporting to Assistant General Manager.
- At least 3-5 years of experiences in Business Development with proven track records of success.
- Experience in leasing documentations, expansion, and tenancy agreements and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Min. Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Can-do attitude with the ability to navigate in a dynamic TCM, Beauty & Wellness culture.
- Business/channel development experience in the consumer space is essential. Experience in the B2B sector will also be considered.
- Good communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good in negotiation skills.
- Excellent Office 365 skills, such as Spreadsheet, Words, and PowerPoint.
- Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
