- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM-6 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $4,800 + Performance Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and emerging trends.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to stay informed about industry developments.
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to engage them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote leasing opportunities.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and review lease agreements to ensure they are legally sound and meet company standards.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize lease agreements.
- Oversee leasing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to facilitate leasing processes.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or leasing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of leasing agreements.
