HR & Admin Coordinator

**Your tasks**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR Admin functions, including supporting the HR manager in recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement and address employee inquiries for smooth HR operations
- Facilitating screenings and due diligence for potential new joiners
- Maintain, upkeep, and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database and ensuring all employee personal files records are complete, filed and treated with the strict confidentiality
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Maintain office equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is fully functional and stocked
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain office budget and expenses
- Ensure group policies for EHS and safety are implemented in the office
**What we need from you**:
- 3 years minimum experience as an HR coordinator (mandatory).
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Good understanding of Singapore labor laws and government regulations
Must be able to work in a confidential manner when dealing with sensitive and confidential information and documents.
