**Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Support Role (Retail Operations)- Tabulate shops monthly incentives and profit and loss reports
- Process purchase requisitions / purchase orders in Medius
- Process shops credit card and dispatchers claims in Concur
- Assist with shops requisition orders for supplies e.g. stationery, uniforms
- Application of government licences and ensure regulatory compliances
- Create new hire card access and remove resigned employees card access
- Issue lockers to new hires
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel and word)
- Good written and communication skills in English
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative work
