**Roles & Responsibilities**

Required architectural assistant for a small architectural consultancy practice.
- Prepare schematic architectural design drawings and feasibility studies.
- Coordinate with other consultants and prepare drawings and documents for tender.
- Submission to the relevant government authorities.
- Support project architect on contract administration at construction stage, co-ordination, and other technical matters
- Assist project architect in the preparation of the forms, calculations, letters, documents, etc..
**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum qualification of a diploma in architectural technology. Preferred with 2 to 3 years’ experience but fresh graduate may also be considered if the applicant have some work experiences during school holidays.
- Applicant to be proficient in 2D drafting (AutoCAD), 3D modelling and also rendering software such as Vray, Lumion etc.
- Expected to work independently after 1 to 2 years.
