Showroom Specialist

As our Showroom Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to design excellence and service quality. This role blends client engagement, design product presentation, and marketing/event support — ideal for someone with a genuine passion for interiors and materials.

• Work in a beautiful, design-forward showroom with premium global brands.

• Be part of exciting design events and projects shaping spaces across Asia-Pacific.

• Host and engage visitors — guide them through our collections, understand their project needs, and suggest suitable solutions.
• Present and prepare samples — ensure displays are visually impactful and showroom-ready at all times.
• Manage enquiries — respond promptly via WhatsApp, social media, email, and phone.
• Support creative campaigns & events — assist in live content creation, showroom launches, and design workshops.
• Coordinate showroom inventory — track stock and liaise with warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow.

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• 1–2 years' experience in showroom operations, design product sales, client servicing, or B2B design industry roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in client-facing and presentation situations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for design, interiors, and materials — familiarity with architectural finishes is an advantage.
