**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare tender, quotations and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
- Perform quantity take off and attend site visits;
- Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies;
- Perform risk, value management and cost control;
- Prepare and analyse costing for tenders;
- Allocate work to subcontractors;
- Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports;
- Value completed work
- Prepare technical drawings for Architectural scope of works

**Requirements**:

- Possess a matured attitude and a keen sense to learn.
- Highly motivated, confident and self-driven.
- Responsible, independent
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Able to read and write in English
- Skilled in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Possess at least a Diploma certification or higher in building or construction, civil or structural engineering;

- On-the-job training will be provided
- 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturdays)
