Responsibilities
- Prepare a project cash flow statement, and prepare and finalize the subcontract document (incorporating all contract and technical requirements) while conducting quantities taking off and evaluating quotation and costing summary for approval prior to tender submission.
- Assist the project manager with the negotiation and award of sub-contracts.
- Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for VO for valuation.
- Prepare monthly payment certificate, check invoices against delivery order.
- Prepare monthly report (Contractual Matter), including updating and maintaining records for Architect Instructions, Variations Orders, and Sub-Contractor.

Requirement
- Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
- 3 years and above experience as QS in main-con companies
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
