**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Function**:
This person is responsible for the 3D modelling and rendering of Commercial Interior Presentations.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Preferably Graduate of BS Architecture
- Certification on 3D Modeling Software
- At least 2 years experience as a 3D Modeling and rendering
- Must be located with a time zone of GMT+8 or GMT +/- 2hours

**Responsibilities**:

- **_Preparation of Drawings and Presentations: _**Create 3D models of architectural and interior based on 2D drawings and sketches
Produces 3D renderings
- **_Design Solutions: _**Assists in the development in all phases of design
Resolves minor design issues
- **_Quality Assurance: _**Regularly review the deliverables for accuracy and thoroughness
Ensures renderings are in compliance to the company and design standards as well as project comments
Regularly submits progress 3D modeling for checking
- **_Communication: _**Establishes and maintains a professional and effective lines of communication with the superiors and other team.
Communicates and listens in an appropriate and professional manner
