We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Operations Executive for our team. In this position, you will be part of a team responsible for the processing of operational finances through working with the necessary stakeholders in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**
- Managing sales billing systems and internal payment systems
- Tracking sales project margins
- Administering payouts of employees' and freelancers' claims
- Generating monthly sales reports, payout reports and P&L reports
- Providing cash-flow and spending projections
- Support full spectrum of HR Ops activities
- Other relevant duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Working experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, online collaboration tools (eg. Google Workspace, Dropbox) and Xero
- Highly proficient in English
- Flexible team player who is keen to work with a fast and dynamic team
- Passionate about learning across disciplines, with a strong growth mindset
- Demonstrated interest in technology (e.g. analytics, programming, experience with tech startups)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
