**As a Member of OIO Institutional Sales Team you will**:

- Acquire and develop positive business relationships and create great consultation experiences for key institutional investors (global institutions /VIP clients)
- Set up meetings and conduct high-level conversations with prospective clients
- Locate potential sales leads and grow OIO’s client list through careful market research
- and outreach campaigns
- Think creatively beyond the current market and contribute to the expansion into new areas of opportunity
- Work effectively in a team environment supporting Marketing and Product teams to
- achieve growth targets

**You may be a fit for this role if**:

- You have at least 3-5 years of proven experience in institutional sales role or in the
- traditional finance environment, with existing client base and sales contracts exceeding $5million
- You have a strong interest in crypto and the adoption of blockchain in finance
- You can travel at least once half yearly to manage OIO’s regional business
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mentality, yet able to work in a team environment
- To work in a highly charged new blockchain technology arena where the learning curve is steep yet excitingly, and beneficial for professional growth
