**Summary**
- As the Key Account Officer, you will manage several high-profile Global Account (GA) customers. You will provide accurate and timely RFQ responses, assist in resolving escalation of operational issues and providing administrative support to the assigned accounts. In addition, you will act as a liaison between the customer and various internal cross-functional departments to improve the overall customer experience with CNC.We are looking for an excellent communicator with customer facing and account management experience.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead tender and/or RFQ process for GA, preparation of quotation and engage with customers for negotiation
- Participate in the tender process with Head Office (HO), Pricing and Service Center
- File rates and customer space allocation (CSA) into system
- Manage off tender inquiries from customers
- Monitor and ensure that awards given are supported fully
- Act as liaison between customers with Group’s local offices for smooth customer experience
- Resolve escalated matters for customers
- Collaborate with local offices to explore new opportunity from the customer
- Conduct Business Review with customers
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend new products and/or services
- Conduct data analysis work to generate sales reports for internal and external stakeholders when required

**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of related field experience in the shipping and logistics industry
- Good knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite i.e. Excel - vlookup and pivot, PowerPoint presentations, etc
- Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline

To excel in this role, you should possess great interpersonal skill and good analytical skills- **This role is opened for local employment only._
