Senior Executive, Student Administration

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee all aspects of dissertation management, including calls for proposals, dissertation allocation, tracking submission statuses, managing dissertation examinations, and handling all related documentation.- Facilitate student reimbursements for lab consumables and other dissertation-related expenses.- Assist in the coordination of pre-exam preparation and post-exam processing, including exam paper preparation, marks verification and processing, and managing exam result appeals.- Conduct follow-ups on overdue fees and manage related communications.- Serve as a part of the team that acts as the primary point of contact for postgraduate students regarding administrative matters.- Assist in planning and organizing events such as seminars, workshops, and graduation ceremonies.- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence efficiently.- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance administrative efficiency.- Compile and prepare detailed reports related to assigned tasks and projects.- Any other administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree.- Prior working experience in higher education environment, especially in administration of academic programmes, will be an added advantage.- Excellent organization, prioritization, monitoring and follow-up skills within tight deadlines.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-driven, resourceful and excellent team player.Hiring Institution: NTU
