Senior Executive, Student Administration

This position is part of the academic arm within the Undergraduate Programmes Office, performing the critical function of supporting programme activities and academic services to enhance the undergraduate experience of all Nanyang Business School students.
**Responsibilities**:
Candidature MattersCourse Exemptions-
- Liaison with institutions for annual review of exempted courses- Administer and update the course exemption webpage- Advisory to students on exemptions- Establish and review Standard Operating Procedures for course exemptions
Short/Semester Leave of Absence Applications- Provide advice for students seeking Leave of Absence- Ensure relevant and appropriate supporting documents are submitted and archived in an organized manner for easy retrieval
Withdrawal from University-
- Ensure relevant and appropriate supporting documents are submitted and archived in an organized manner for easy retrieval
Examination Administration- Administer decentralized and quarantine examination functions for the School
General Administration- Perform counter duties on a rotation basis- Attend to programme and student enquiries.- Support ad hoc projects, events and activities.
**Requirements**:
- Possess mínimally a Diploma- Related qualifications and/or working experiences in the education sector will be an added advantage-
- Good interpersonal, critical thinking, communication, writing and organisational skills- Self-motivated, highly adaptable and able to work under pressure- Strong interpersonal skills- Highly service-oriented and enjoys interacting with students, faculty and staff- Meticulous with strong planning and organizational skills- Able to work independently and as a team player- Mature, warm and approachable personality
