- Manage Connoisseurs’ websites, social media accounts and CRM
- Take ownership in managing Connoisseurs’ various e-stores including order management (fulfilments/exchanges/returns), content updates, customer service etc.
- Develop online and offline sales/marketing strategies and initiatives to increase revenue/engagement.
- Liaise with both brand owner, platform partners, retailers and live streamers to build strong rapport and engagement, establish a good understanding of brand performance across all channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure products are well-merchandised and displayed at store in good condition, promotion materials are well-displayed.
- Develop content marketing strategies to establish authority in jewellery care.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, engagement with retailers, journalists, and influencers, livestreamers.
- Develop wholesale business; engage with retailers; conduct product training for retailers’ sales staff; monitor stock at retailer level.
- Hire and manage part-time promoters at retailers.
- Drive brand-led events, coordination and management of pop-up activities, retailer events etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Operational experience with Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok is a must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the product
- Knowledge of jewellery is a plus
