Job Functions & Summary:

The Marketing Communications Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Club's brand, communications, and marketing strategies. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this role drives initiatives that strengthen the Club's positioning, enhance member engagement, and support internal business units in achieving their objectives. The incumbent will lead communications campaigns, oversee publications, manage brand standards, and ensure the Club maintains a strong and consistent presence across digital, print, and event platforms.

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in implementing integrated marketing/communications plans aligned to Club goals.

  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals for campaigns, promotions, and member communications.

  • Track results (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and compile post-campaign reports with insights.

  • Support internal business units and committees as a day-to-day stakeholder partner, gather briefs,

clarify objectives, align on deliverables, and manage expectations.

  • Help identify and service sponsorship/advertising opportunities (inventory tracking, entitlements,

presentation decks).

Content Development & Media Support

  • Write, edit, and proof high-quality copy for:

o Marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, banners, signage, videos, decks).

o Publications (features, captions, headlines, advertorials, section blurbs).

o Press notes, media pitches, statements, speeches, FAQs, eDMs, web copy, and internal memos.

  • Ensure consistency with brand voice, policy, and messaging guidelines.

  • Maintain media lists, assist with press enquiries and interview coordination.

Publications & Brand Management

  • Coordinate editorial calendars, copy flow, and production for publications.

  • Traffic-manage layouts, images, and approvals, perform quality checks prior to print.

  • Enforce brand guidelines across presentations, brochures, signage, digital assets.

  • Maintain a central asset library with version control.

Events Member Engagement

  • Support planning and on-site execution for Club events (comms plans, RSVPs, signage, run-downs,

vendor coordination).

  • Develop event copy and assets for eDMs, social, web/app, and in-club displays to drive participation

and satisfaction.

  • Collate feedback and event metrics, recommend iterative improvements.

Digital & CSR Communications

  • Update content across website, social platforms, and mobile app, ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Partner with IT on minor app and web enhancements.

  • Assist in communicating CSR and sustainability initiatives.
