Deema & Co is seeking a passionate and driven **Corporate Sales Events Specialist**to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating a range of corporate events tailored to our sales objectives, enhancing client relationships, and promoting our brand in an engaging manner.
Your expertise in event planning and corporate sales will ensure that our events are impactful and aligned with our business goals. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to create memorable experiences that foster connections and drive sales opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute corporate sales events, including product launches, client appreciation events, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align event strategies with sales goals.
- Manage event logistics from start to finish, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Develop promotional materials and communications to generate interest and attendance.
- Engage with attendees during events to cultivate relationships and uncover sales opportunities.
- Analyze event effectiveness and gather feedback to improve future corporate events.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance our events portfolio.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate event planning or sales, preferably within the technology or B2B industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- A creative mindset with problem-solving capabilities to handle unexpected challenges.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to travel as needed for on-site event management.
