location of work: SOMERSET MRT (will move to SERANGOON by end of the year or next year)
Work hours: monday to friday - 9-6pm

Purpose of the job:
Through Let’s Get Digital Programme (LGD) - it empowers SMEs to transform and improve their digital capabilities by providing business advisory, diagnose and identify digital needs, recommend and support with guidance through solution implementation.
SME Engagement
- Reach out to customers for the LGD programme
- Recommends relevant digital solutions & resources to customers
- Provide holistic support to SME customers during implementation process
Business Development
- Identified new prospects and evaluate potential digital solution gap
- Identify suitable solutions of the current trends and offerings in the market
- Achieve set business targets and developing new businesses
- Conduct presentations to prospects
Project Management
- Guide and assist customers through implementation of digital solutions within stipulated timeline and resources
- Analyse customer analytics to drive business growth and success
- Address customers' issues effectively and achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Meticulous, attentive and able to work in a customer-driven environment.
- Degree majoring in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
