**Duration: 12 months contract role**
**Role**:
- Customer Service Management - first-level helpdesk to answer calls.
- Provide first-call resolution for users who contact our public-facing hotline.
- To resolve issues or requests in a timely manner, work with other support teams or product teams.
- All incidents should be properly documented, notified, escalated, tracked and followed up.
- Customer contact is the primary responsibility.
- Agents would need to be able to deal with the stress of answering calls from the public.
**Required Skills**:
- Working experience in a call centre environment.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
