Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Call Agent . The Call Agent will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, resolving inquiries, and documenting interactions accurately. The Call Agent will also assist in collecting feedback and conducting occasional surveys to improve service quality.
