- Maintain and accurately update customer’s enquiry, issue faced, follow-up action and provided resolution into the ticketing management system
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Basic IT knowledge to guide customers through troubleshooting, familiar with clearing cache, know the different browser types

Possess good Customer Service/Soft skills such as
- Good communication skills which includes active listening
- Patience
- Ability to show empathy

Must have no fear in talking or handling customers over the phone

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary, Internship

**Salary**: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per month
