**Position Overview**

The Productivity & Efficiency Specialist will be joining the SEA Sales Operations & Planning team within the high performing and extremely nimble Global Business Solutions (Monetization) Office. This highly organized and efficient professional must be flexible and be able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams whilst prioritizing the needs of the SEA business. In this role, you will focus on solving problems at scale through optimal business processes and system optimization projects.

**What You Will Do**
- Document data flows, standard campaign operating procedures, project-related requirements, and issues analysis to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the sales process - Work with other Sales Operation members to resolve sales support issues in a timely manner
- Work with cross-functional teams and provide input on sales operations processes and CRM based on sales feedback and real practice
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs and deliver training as needed to support the initiatives
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Revenue Recognition, Legal, Finance, etc.) to expedite the regional development initiatives
- Plan and manage complex SMB service & support projects from problem definition to final execution and global localization; optimize the process to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Monitor sales-related metrics and provide the sales analysis report

**Qualifications**
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company with knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and/or KPIs for mobile ads is preferred.
- Advanced Excel and analytical experience.
- Has technical proficiency in these systems is preferred - SalesForce, Insightly, Tableau, and other MS Office Suite programs. - Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly.
- Is a self-starter and has the ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable in working in a high-pressure environment along with ruthless prioritization skills.
- English fluency.
