- Formulate and execute the group’s global HR strategy in collaboration with the headquarters.
- Provide HR services to approximately 30 group companies.
- Manage the HR team, secure appropriate resources.
- Support the establishment of the recruitment process.
- Assist in building career pathways.
- Support the setting of evaluation criteria and the planning of feedback processes.
- Provide training programs.
- Assist in planning compensation strategies.
- Plan initiatives to promote cross-cultural understanding.
- Support expatriate assignments and related operations.
- Plan and develop employee benefits.
- Assist in compliance with local labor regulations regarding HR.
- Collaborate with experts and legal advisors to reduce HR risks.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge and experience of the oil and gas industry
- Relevant University Degree
- Over 3 years of experience in HR operations
- More than 10 years of practical experience in the oil and gas industry
- Experience managing a team of 5 years or more
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Japanese and English is required (ability to handle documents in Japanese and English and communicate daily with colleagues and stakeholders at headquarters).
