General Manager

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee all staff and operations of the local business unit. The General Manager will be responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental gains while managing the company’s operations. They will oversee several elements in a business operations but not limited to HR management, IT management, facilities management and change management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Oversee staffs well being and discipline at work.
- Ensure employees are motivated, discipline and productive
- Oversee recruitment of new employees and all aspect of their onboarding process.
- Owns and managed both the onboarding and offboarding process cycle.
- Work and plan with HR and top management administratively on employee and benefits matters.
- Attend and resolves problems and challenges raised by employees.
- Procurement, set up and maintenance of all staff IT devices.
- Work with several vendors to enhance as-is processes and deliverables.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
- Proven working experience working multi hats in various ops domains and functions
- Solid understanding of organisation and leadership concepts, techniques, and best practices such as ITSM.
- Experience and proven management backgorund with HR, IT and FM experiences
